Do I need an account to see pricing?

Yes. To maintain strict manufacturer compliance, wholesale pricing and custom tiers are visible only to verified facilities. Once you submit a quick 2-minute registration, our team fast-tracks your verification so you can immediately access your facility's rates.

What do I need to open an account?

To activate your account, our compliance team reviews your submitted business details—including your legal company name, facility address, industry, and role—prior to approval. If your organization qualifies as tax-exempt, please upload your tax-exemption certificate during registration. Additionally, accounts intending to purchase prescription products must submit valid state medical license details along with a copy via the Rx form, while Florida practices are required to provide a Health Care Clinic Establishment (HCCE) permit or official exemption.

Can I purchase prescription (Rx) products?

Yes, if your business holds a valid state license. During signup you provide the license number, expiration date, and a copy of the license. Pharmacies submit their pharmacy license. Medical practices submit the practitioner's license, and PAs and APRNs add their collaborating physician's details. Florida practices also provide an HCCE permit or exemption. We do not accept individual patient prescriptions.

What is the difference between Standard Base Tier and Custom Tiered Pricing?

Is there a minimum order?

No. USA MedPremium has no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. Order a single unit or a full case. Volume tiers reward larger quantities per SKU, but small orders are always welcome.

What payment terms do you offer, and does pricing include shipping?

Approved accounts can pay by card or apply for net terms and buy now, pay later options. Terms are set during account review and shown in your account. Product prices exclude shipping, handling, and applicable tax, which are calculated from your account terms and shown at checkout before you confirm.
